Untamed and rearing with honour, the Stallion is the proprietors blend. Created using the finest hand selected grapes our vineyard has to offer. Partial Appassimento, resulting in a fierce ultra-premium, full bodied, bold red. Notes of black cherry, fig, chocolate truffle, and allspice. With legs of viscosity this wine has been aged in brandy and French oak barrels

This is an excessive tasting, we provide cheese and crackers as a palate cleanser. The wine is poured in massive crystal wine glasses to elevate the experience. This experience is a 2hr tasting!
