We have truly curated an exceptional event that promises to be an unforgettable experience. As part of this extraordinary gathering, we are thrilled to announce the presence of a special guest, Wayne Bentley from Riedel, a renowned premium wine glass company. Wayne Bentley will mesmerize guests with an extravagant tasting using Riedel’s exquisite “Performance” tasting glasses. These glasses are meticulously designed with ribs to enhance the aromas and flavours of the wines, elevating the tasting experience to a whole new level.

The wine we will be tasting: 2020 Chardonnay, 2020 Riesling, 2020 Cabernet Sauvignon and our 2022 Determination Baco Noir.

Each of you will also get to take your Performance glasses home!

Adding to the allure of the evening, we are delighted to have secured the culinary talents of Erik Peacock, a top chef from the Niagara region and owner of Wellington Court Restaurant. Wellington Court will be crafting a delightful three-course meal exclusively for this event. With Erik and his teams unparalleled expertise and passion for culinary excellence, they will create a symphony of flavours that perfectly complement our wine throughout the night.

We’ll have live music all day long (12-6:30), Fireside Drive food truck serving deliciousness! And even a bouncy castle for kids while parents enjoy WINE! We will even have our vineyard trolley touring guests around the vineyard! And lawn games!

August of 2017 will always stand out in our memory as a time that changed our lives forever. Opening our winery was a dream come true, and despite all the challenges we faced over the past few years, we are so proud to share the wines we spend every minute thinking about. To thank you, the people who made our little dream into a reality, come join us on August 6th and celebrate five whole years of De Simone Vineyards!

BBQ and Stone oven pizzas all day! 12-6:30pm
Exclusive tastings from our 2017 vintage! 10am-7pm
And of course, celebration with our incredible staff! 10am-8pm

Come relax on the patio, listen to Brett Friesen sing and strum the guitar 1:30pm-4:30pm. The pizza oven will be lit, buy two glasses of wine and enjoy a FREE Stone Oven Pizza.
